Maruka Kakouki Co., Ltd. the core of the MEG-MARUKA group, was established in 1969 in Nagoya as a dedicated manufacturer of polyurethane injection molding machines. From then until the present day, our flagship product, the polyurethane injection molding machine, has enjoyed popularity not only in Japan, but with customers worldwide in the automotive, insulation, construction and refrigeration industries. Our customers hold the MEG brand in high regard, and we have been steadily building upon this excellent reputation. Polyurethane products manufactured by MEG-Maruka’s machines have been improving lifestyles while their consumption and application expands, enshrining a boundless capacity for growth.

In 1982, MEG-Maruka Kakouki Co., Ltd. formed a technical and business alliance with the world’s leading polyurethane injection molding equipment manufacturer, Hennecke GmbH of Germany. Together we began developing new products combining our technological know-how, starting with the manufacture and sale of the high-performance MEG-HK type polyurethane injection molding machine. Based on this foundation of cooperation, we are pushing forward as an enterprise renowned for it’s directional technological developments that meet the high-level needs of our customers the world over.
To support our increasingly global needs, Hennecke-Maruka Asia Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) and Hennecke Machinery (Shanghai) Limited. (China), act as our sales bases through which we serve our Asian and Oceanic markets.

Through our products and business activities, MEG-Maruka Group’s MEG-Maruka Kakouki Co., Ltd. MEG-Maruka Mixing Systems Co., Ltd. and MEG-Maruka Creative Co., Ltd. not only consider how to serve our customers and develop our company, but also about achieving the goals and obligations we share with the rest of mankind concerning the protection of our earth. For example, in an effort to tackle global warming, we are currently working on the development of systems which will halt the destruction of the ozone layer.

2009 saw the 40th anniversary of the founding of MEG-Maruka Kakouki Co., Ltd. As we now stand at the beginning of the 21st century, a time of rapid change, we would like to get back to the fundamental aims of when our company was first established. We intend to strengthen our resolve to serve society and help our employees to enrich their lives.
