MEG-ACMA-C3 TYPE POLYURETHANE IN-MOLD COATING SYSTEM(IMC)
IMC (In-Mold Coating) is a technology that presses paint (color-mixed polyurethane) into the mold during the injection molding process, resulting in a perfectly unified, single-layer piece. The MEG-ACMA-C3 Polyurethane High-Pressure Machine was developed specifically for this system to optimize production.

The MEG-ACMA-C3 set consists of a three-component mixing head, a main component polyol and isocyanate metering units, color metering unit, individual raw material tanks, control panel, and a raw material temperature control unit. Multiple color metering units can be installed.
