Our company was founded in Nagoya City as a manufacturer of polyurethane foaming machines in 1969, right at the dawn of the polyurethane era in Japan.
More than half a century has passed since then, yet the polyurethane industry continues to expand globally, adapting through constant modernization and diversification. The applications of polyurethane foam are prominent in several sectors, including the automotive industry, insulation materials, and furniture and household goods.
In the automotive sector, polyurethane is a promising material for reducing weight, particularly as we shift towards electric vehicles (EVs). In insulation materials, polyurethane foam is widely used in insulation panels for household and commercial refrigerators, cold storage warehouses, and residential wall panels, significantly enhancing our daily comfort with its extremely low thermal conductivity. Further, in the household goods sector, polyurethane foam finds application in sofas and other furniture, addressing the rising demand for improved living standard.

We leverage our extensive expertise in metering and mixing technologies, developed through the manufacturing of polyurethane injection machines, to create and market a variety of additional equipment. These include urethane elastomer, nylon, and silicone casting machines, liquid-gas mixing equipment, and raw material storage tanks, among others.
As a comprehensive provider of polyurethane products, we offer a full turnkey system ranging from initial development to completion. Our solutions include presses, jigs, robots, conveyors, and more. Furthermore, we operate an in-house testing laboratory equipped with a range of devices that our customers can use to create test samples.
