MULTI-POLYURETHANE COLOR METERING DEVICE

This system injects polyurethane with added color. It consists of a color stock tank, a cylinder-type color metering pump, and a three-component mixing head for blending colors. By installing multiple color metering pumps, the system enables multi-color polyurethane injection. The color metering pumps can be operated by three types of motors: electric, hydraulic, and air pressure. Applications for this system include IMC molding, colored polyurethane foam molding, and steering wheel molding.
