2-COMPONENT ELASTOMER INJECTION MACHINE
The MEG-EL type is an efficient elastomer injection machine designed for precise weighing and homogeneous mixing. It features a high-precision metering pump and a motor-driven mixing head, enabling the use of two to three components. Additionally, it can accommodate optional color mixing, allowing for the addition of up to two colors.
This machine comes with a several devices neatly integrated into a compact frame, including:

- Mixing head
- Raw material metering pump unit (with optional color metering unit)
- Raw material machine tank (with optional color tank)
- Solvent tank
- Insulation room for the metering unit
- Hot air generator
- Vacuum pump unit
- Raw material circulation hose with electric heater
- Main control panel

5-COMPONENT ELASTOMER INJECTION MACHINE
The MEG-EL type 5-Component Elastomer Injection Machine can mix and inject two types of catalysts and one color (with automatic switching for two-color selection).
This machine comes with the following devices well-integrated together:

- Four high-precision metering pump units for raw materials
- One or two metering pumps for colorants
- Electric motor-driven mixing head
- Four raw material tanks,
- One or two colorant tanks,
- Solvent tank,
- Vacuum pump unit
- Four hot air generators
- Five to six hoses with electric heaters
- Four insulation chambers for raw material tanks and metering units
- Control panel with a remote control box
- Mixing head arm
MEG-EL Type Specifications
- System capable of simultaneously injecting and mixing two types of catalysts
- High-precision metering and complete mixing of raw materials with varying viscosities (10 to 3,000 mPa・s)
- Special mixer design prevents air entrapment
- Heating and temperature control for each metering pump and raw material tank is individually provided via four hot air generators, enabling high-precision temperature adjustment to different temperatures per material (Ambient - MAX 120°C)
- Capable of two-color molding (automatic switching system))

- Built-in electric heaters (5 units total; if one fails, remaining heaters continue melting materials)
