MEG-ACMA-MS TYPE LOW OUTPUT POLYURETHANE HIGH-PRESSURE FOAMING MACHINE
The MEG-ACMA-MS is a cutting-edge high-pressure foaming machine designed specifically for low-output polyurethane applications. Developing a high-pressure mixing head capable of stable quantitative foaming for small production volumes has traditionally posed significant challenges. Nevertheless, our MEG-ACMA-MS machine successfully addresses these issues, enabling small businesses to utilize modern technology for low-output applications that were previously handled only by low-pressure foaming machines.

MEG-ACMA-MS TYPE Special Characteristics
- No solvent cleaning required
- An accurate discharge amount is obtained each time as a result of mixing chamber residual liquid being pushed out by the cleaning shaft.
- The compact size mixing chamber and the collision mixing technique secure a minimum to no air upon discharge.
This is an ideal tool for extremely small molded parts production site.
Applications
Sealant foaming, spot foaming into electronic components, etc.
This equipment consists of a high-precision metering pump, a raw material tank, a compact mixing head capable of thoroughly mixing small-discharge-volumes, a raw material temperature control unit enabling constantly precise temperature control, and a control panel.
Micro Shot Mixing Head (MARK-VII-MA Model)

The MARK-VII-MA Series mixing head is designed for small discharge volume and high performance. Its mixing chamber measures either 6mmφor 8mmφin diameter. This model is based on the MARK-Ⅲ mixing head, a polyurethane high-pressure foaming head that our company developed and commercially released in 1977. The MARK-Ⅶ-MA has undergone numerous enhancements and improvements since its initial design.
