MEG-NE POLYURETHANE LOW-PRESSURE FOAMING MACHINE

MEG-NE is a high-performance two-component polyurethane low-pressure foaming machine. This compact machine has been optimized over the years through continuous technological improvements and innovations of its prototype MEG-E, introduced and launched in 1970. The MEG-NE is available in two types based on the raw material mixing method: a pneumatic (air-driven) mixing system and an electric motor-driven mixing rotor.

The configurations of the MEG-NE equipment include:

 -MARK-LB type, two-component electric motor-driven mixing head

or

-MARK-AM type, two-component non-driving air mixing head.

Both options provide effective raw material mixing and a highly accurate metering unit.

- 2 units of SUS-made raw material tanks of 30l capacity each

- A SUS- made solvent tank of 1l capacity

- A control panel, equipped with a display and a built-in temperature control device, visualizes maintenance alerts and helps maintain a fixed temperature for the raw materials.

The MEG-NE is widely versatile and suitable for producing rigid, semi-rigid, and flexible foams, as well as microcellular urethane and more. Additional raw material tanks with capacities of 50 liters, 100 liters, or 200 liters can also be installed.
