We appoint the personal information administrator to take appropriate preventive and corrective measures against unauthorized use, loss, destruction, falsification or leakage. We conduct training on “handling of personal information” for all employees regularly. Additionally, we manage the corporate information on the same basis as the personal data protection.

Additionally, based on the agreed scope of collection purposes, we will strictly control any exchange or transfer of the personal information with a third party, upon concerned party acceptance or if required by law.

In an effort to improve the system and based on the privacy law and regulations changes, we will regularly review and update our policy respectively.
