BLENDING METHOD
■Dynamic mixer (rotary mixer/power mixer)

This method ensures that a liquid or a gas supplied to a chamber (container) equipped with a mixing rotor (stirring blade), effectively blended. The effect reached and maintained through the accurate adjustment of the mixing rotor revolving speed and regulation of the liquid and gas pressure.
■ Static Mixer
The Static Mixer is a method that helps to reach the desired perfect fluid mix by the action of separation, transformation, and recovery without applying dedicated power. The pip internal spiral elements with left and right twists ensure that the supplied liquid is evenly mixed by repeating separation, transformation, and recovery stages.

■The Gear Pump
It is a pump that retains two gears suck in when open and discharge when close. Sever different gear shapes are available and vary among manufacturers. There is a space (Clearance) between the gear and casing that enables a viscous liquid supply.
■The Plunger Pump
A plunger pump is a positive displacement pump that reciprocates (to-and-fro motion) a rod-shaped piston supplying fluid by the piston stroke. The pump structural features enable to supply at high pressure and even with low viscosity fluid like water. The discharge amount could be easily adjusted.
■The Diaphragm Pump
This type of pump consists of two valve. The diaphragm (membrane) moves up and down, or left and right, adjusting the volume inside the membrane and performing suction and discharge simultaneously. The most significant feature is no seal, the risk of a liquid leakage cut to the minimum possible one and often used as the raw material and chemical supply.
